What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal for all online purchases through our website.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or modified. This helps us process and ship your items as quickly as possible. If you forgot something, you may place a separate order.

I see multiple charges on my credit card. Why?

If your billing address doesn’t match your card provider’s records, your payment may be declined, resulting in pending holds that appear like duplicate charges. These are temporary and typically disappear within 1–3 business days. Please ensure your billing details match your statement exactly.

How do you pack your herbs, spices, and teas?

We package our products in food-grade certified stand-up pouches, resealable foil bags, or PET jars for added convenience and shelf appeal. Some bulky herbs may also come in kraft paper bags with inner lining for protection. All materials are selected to ensure freshness, safety, and sustainability.

How should I store my herbs and teas?

Keep your herbs and teas in an airtight container in a cool, dry, and dark place—a pantry or kitchen cabinet works great. Avoid direct sunlight and humidity to maintain potency and flavour.

Do you offer guidance on how to use herbs?

Rayhana Organics is committed to natural wellness, but due to Health Canada regulations, we cannot provide advice on the medicinal use of herbs. Always consult a qualified health professional before using any herbal product for health purposes.

Why aren’t all your products certified organic?

We prioritize quality, freshness, and ethical sourcing above all. While we proudly offer many certified organic products, some of our ingredients come from small-scale farms that practice sustainable agriculture but may not carry official certification. We are continuously working to expand our certified organic offerings.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship across Canada and to select locations in the USA. For special shipping requests, feel free to contact our support team.

When will my order ship?

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Most Canadian orders arrive within 2–7 business days.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships. You can also log in to your Rayhana Organics account to view your order history and tracking info. Canada Post and UPS are our primary carriers.
