Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Returns without approval won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll take care of it.

Items We Can’t Take Back (Health & Safety)

For sanitary and safety reasons, we strictly prohibit the return of the following:

All Food & Consumables: This includes all honey, teas, and spices, nuts (regardless of whether they appear unopened).

Opened or Used Products: Any personal care items (oils, creams, etc.) where the safety seal has been broken or tampered with.

Final Sale Items: Custom orders and items purchased on sale.

Need a Different Item?

Return the original (if approved) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Our pricing policy does not permit price adjustments or partial refunds following the completion of a purchase.

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
