Ingredients
Yarrow (Civanperçemi), Lady’s Mantle (Aslan Pençesi), Lavender (Lavanta), Chaste Tree Berry (Hayıt).

Preparation

Heat fresh water to 95–100°C.

Place one tea bag in a cup.

Pour hot water over the tea bag.

Steep for 5–8 minutes and enjoy warm.
